1.) Check the description of the product you ordered to see if the date of arrival is shown.
2.) Please be sure to check your SPAM folder and search bar (unicorn sports) in your email for tracking updates.
Please contact us to get started with your glove design after you have placed your order.
Please include your Order # in the subject of the email.
Custom Team Gear:
Please use this email only to send logos/graphics for a design request. The designer will reach out to you to get started with your design.
All other design information and pricing can be found on the Team Uniforms page to get started.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY GEAR. Other items will be considered on a per item basis via our shipping email.
Please see the sizing chart available on the website for any questions regarding sizing. Unicorn Sports will not refund or accept returns for any gear item that was purchased in the wrong size.
If the order is returned, Unicorn Sports will not re-ship the items. It will be your responsibility to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for a coupon in order to re-send the item (You will only pay shipping).
Custom apparel please plan for a 6-8 week turnaround though 95% of the time we deliver in under 4 weeks.
